I know Thanksgiving was last week, but I think it still deserves to be written about. For Thanksgiving, I went to my Aunt’s house. There was so much food! There was turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green beans, rolls, and mac & cheese. Almost all of this food was homemade and that made it so much better! Later, there was also dessert. There was pumpkin pie, pumpkin roll, angel food cake, and a chocolate cookie sheet cake. Hope everyone had just as much food and more! Happy Holidays!

Welcome back to my blog! I know many of you have been requesting for me to talk about some desserts. Recently, I went to the store and found these little mug cakes and brownie. They come in a box with multiple packets of the mix. These are great because you don’t have to bake a whole cake or make brownies just to have some. They are quick and easy to make. First, you pour the mix into a mug. Then, you add a TBSP of milk or water (I prefer milk) to the mixture and put it in the microwave for about a minute. You can even add a scoop of ice cream to top it off! The mug cakes come in many different flavors. Some of them even come with toppings!

Welcome back to my blog! For my Spanish class, groups of two each had to pick a Mexican food to make for the class. My partner and I decided we were going to make street tacos. The street tacos we made had grilled chicken. These consisted of grilled chicken, cheese, avocado, onion, cilantro, and lime juice mixed into all of it. All of the ingredients are wrapped in a tortilla shell. The chicken was marinated in lime juice, cilantro, cumin powder, and salt and pepper. After they were done, we each tried one. They were so delicious and tasted very fresh. I hope you consider trying a street taco yourself sometime!

Welcome back to my blog! Today I am going to tell you about the delicious Chinese food I had last night. I think it was extra good because I had been craving it for the past couple weeks. I was getting back home from band when my friend sent me a picture of her food. I told her I was coming over and she said okay. I went over and saw so much Chinese food. I got a plate and got steamed rice, chicken and beef, and sweet and sour chicken. It was so good!

Welcome back to my blog! I just tried these amazing mini steak sandwiches. These are easy to make and taste really good! You can buy all of the ingredients at your local store. I use Hawaiian rolls for the bread, which gives it a sweeter taste, but you can use any type of bread. I also buy shredded steak and then any type of cheese. Finally, you can add a thin layer of mayo to your sandwich, and it gives it that extra flavor! Hope you try them sometime… they are delicious and easy to make!

Welcome back to my blog! I just tried these amazing enchiladas that my friend’s mom makes. They are delicious! She gets shredded chicken and wraps it up with cheese in a tortilla, and then, pours sauce all over them. Enchiladas are one of my favorite foods. I would highly recommend you try some sometime.
This blog I am writing is called Whole Lotta Food. It is called this because I am going to blog about different foods. I will review the food from restaurants and other places. I also will share recipes of foods I like or think my readers would enjoy. This blog will allow readers to find new foods to try and maybe even find new recipes!
